1. Description of the Service
Draftly is an AI assistant that runs inside Outlook and generates email drafts in your organization's voice. It also analyzes incoming email and labels suspicious messages with a warning. Draftly is not a security or endpoint protection product; it does not block or quarantine email, it only flags it.
2. Account and Access
To use the service you need a valid Microsoft Outlook account and a Draftly subscription. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity carried out through it.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to produce spam or deceptive content, or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties. Your account may be suspended for violations of these terms.
4. AI Output
Draftly produces draft suggestions; it is your responsibility to review and approve each draft before sending (human-in-the-loop). The accuracy of AI output is not guaranteed. You are responsible for the content you send.
5. Pricing
The service is subscription-based; pricing and billing terms are stated at the time of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Draftly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our commitments regarding the protection of your data are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and Contact
